How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery: 5–7 working days across Pakistan. Custom size orders may take slightly longer — we’ll always give you an exact timeline when you order.
Where do you deliver?
All over Pakistan. No area excluded.
How will I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via WhatsApp. You can use it to track your parcel in real time.
What if my parcel is delayed?
Contact us on WhatsApp 0310-4198068 and we’ll follow up with the courier immediately.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I return my order?
Items cannot be returned unless they are defective. If you receive a defective pair, contact us within 7 days with photos — we’ll issue a full refund as store credit.
Can I exchange my order?
Yes — one-time exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. The pair must be unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping cost is on the customer.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — only before your order is confirmed and processed. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
