Do you deliver across Pakistan?
Yes — we deliver nationwide. Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, and everywhere in between. If you have an address, we have a way.
How long does delivery take?
Regular orders arrive in 3–7 working days. Custom size orders take 20–25 working days — because a perfect fit takes time, and we never rush that.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes. COD is available on all regular orders. For custom orders, we require a 30% advance with 70% payable on delivery — simple and secure.
Can I order a size that’s not available in the market?
That’s exactly what we’re here for. From size 33 to 48 — wide, narrow, or any special fit — we make it. The market wasn’t built for every foot. We were.
What is the custom order process?
Check our size guide, pick your design from the catalogue, then send us your measurements and 2–3 photos of your feet via WhatsApp or Instagram. We’ll review, confirm the price, and your pair goes into production.
What if the size doesn’t fit?
We offer a 7-day exchange. Reach out to us and we’ll sort it. Customer pays return shipping.
How long do your shoes last?
With normal care, 2+ years — and our customers regularly report wearing theirs well beyond that. Quality improves with age as the material breaks in beautifully.
Is the material safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. We use hypoallergenic, chemical-free Premium Soft-Touch Resin — safe for eczema-prone and sensitive skin. Many of our customers choose us specifically for this reason.
Are the product photos real or edited?
